Janti Bus Decoration (On Request)

Make your Janti look festive on the road:

  • Fresh or artificial flower garlands on the front
  • Ribbons and bows in your wedding colours
  • Janti banner with the dulaha and dulahi's names – for example, "Ram weds Sita – Janti"
  • Matching decoration with the dulaha's wedding car

Tip: Matching decoration on the dulaha's car and all Janti buses looks great in wedding photos and videos.

How a Janti Bus Day Works

  1. Pickup – buses arrive at the dulaha's home or a gathering point on time.
  2. Janti departure – guests board, and the convoy leaves together behind the dulaha's car.
  3. On the road – planned tea and snack stops for long trips.
  4. Arrival at the bride's home or venue – the Janti arrives together for the welcome.
  5. Waiting time – drivers wait during the ceremony and feast.
  6. Return trip – after the Bidai, the Janti returns home safely.

For long-distance weddings, we arrange overnight stays and multi-day bookings, with the same vehicles and crew for the whole trip.

Long-Distance Janti Anywhere in Nepal

Many Janti journeys go from one city to another, or from the city to a village. We regularly provide Janti vehicles for trips such as:

  • Kathmandu ↔ Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, Bhairahawa
  • Kathmandu ↔ Biratnagar, Itahari, Dharan, Birtamod
  • Kathmandu ↔ Birgunj, Janakpur, Hetauda
  • Kathmandu ↔ Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi
  • Valley to hill villages – Nuwakot, Dhading, Kavre, Sindhupalchowk, Gorkha, Syangja and more

For rough rural roads, we'll suggest vehicles that can reach your venue safely – sometimes a mix of a bus and smaller vans or jeeps works best.

Tips for Planning Your Janti Transport

  • Confirm your guest count a week before the wedding and add a few extra seats.
  • Choose one gathering point so the buses can leave on time.
  • Share the venue location (Google Maps pin) and road details with us.
  • Plan departure time carefully – leave extra time for traffic, the baja and dancing.
  • Assign one family contact to coordinate with the drivers.
  • Keep the return time flexible – weddings often run late.
  • Book early for popular sait dates.

Best Time to Book

Wedding season in Nepal follows auspicious dates (sait), mainly in Mangsir, Magh–Falgun and Baisakh–Jestha. On these days, buses and vans are in very high demand.

Book 3–4 weeks in advance, and even earlier for big Janti groups or long-distance trips.

How to Book Your Janti Bus

  1. Send us your details – wedding date, number of guests, pickup point and venue.
  2. Get vehicle suggestions – we'll recommend the right buses and vans.
  3. Add extras – decoration, banner or the dulaha's decorated car.
  4. Receive your quote – clear price with inclusions.
  5. Confirm your booking – we reserve the vehicles and crew.
  6. Wedding day – your Janti fleet arrives on time, ready to celebrate.
